Ik heb een tijd terug de witte Fazley flying V gekocht. Een mooi ding met gouden hardware, maar helaas met zwarte bare pickups. Aangezien het een budget gitaar is, is ie perfect om te customizen, dus heb ik een set gouden Fazley humbuckers besteld. Het vervangen van de pickups was een fluitje van een cent, het solderen ging gemakkelijk en ik kon de oude schroefgaten gebruiken om de pickup te monteren.
De originele pickups hadden een lekker scooped geluid, deze klinken wat moderner. Verwacht geen wonderen, maar de pickup klinkt verrassend goed voor de prijs.
